Celina Kaiser is excited to commence private practice based in Melbourne’s West. Celina is a Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon living locally and she is enthusiastic to help advance the health of her community.

Celina obtained her primary medical degree at the Universidad de Mendoza in Argentina in 2007. After validating her medical license in Australia, she obtained an internship position at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and here she discovered her passion for Vascular Surgery.

Celina completed her Postgraduate Diploma of Surgical Anatomy through The University of Melbourne in 2011 and gained entry into the RACS Vascular Surgery training programme in 2013.  She has also been awarded a Masters of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery with Distinction through the University of Edinburgh in 2019.

Celina is skilled in classical open vascular surgery as well as minimally invasive endovascular techniques. She has an interest in the management of lower limb ulcers, arterial reconstruction and management of venous disease, aneurysmal disease, carotid disease and stroke prevention, and surgery for dialysis access.

Known for her sincerity and strong work ethics, her patient’s best interests are at the core of everything she does. Celina prides herself on her ability to understand her patients and their priorities. She believes in taking the time to listen to her patients and explain their options so they can make an informed choice about the management of their condition.

Celina is a VMO at Western Health and St Vincent’s Hospital.
