In this section you will find information on all the things you need to think about, plan and organise before you are admitted to WPH, what to expect during your hospital stay, the services available to assist you when you leave and important things to know about your hospital and other medical accounts.
There are several booklets and forms available to download if you did not receive them from your doctor as well as information on the Hospital’s amenities that may be of interest to you throughout your stay. There is also information on accommodation options for patients and family members who wish to be closer to the hospital during a stay.

When you arrive
Please attend Reception on the ground floor inside the Marion Street entrance. Reception staff will finalise your admission papers before arranging for you to be escorted to the appropriate ward.
If you are attending the hospital for a sleep study, admission time is between 7 – 8pm and as our Reception closes at 6pm, please proceed directly to the Nurses Station on Level 1.
